These terms apply to every booking, session and visit at Laser Strike Arena. Please read them before your visit.
Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern every booking made with Laser Strike Arena Pty Ltd (ABN 74 512 398 664), whether made online, by phone, or in person, and every visit to our venue at 245 Discovery Avenue, Northgate Business Park, Sydney NSW 2148. By making a booking or entering the venue, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your guests or group.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made online through this Site, by phone, or in person at reception. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm birthday, corporate and school group bookings, with the balance due on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Casual walk-in games may be paid for on arrival, subject to availability.
Prices displayed on this Site are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honoured.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Casual bookings may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your session.
- Birthday, corporate and school group bookings require at least 72 hours' notice for a full refund or transfer to a new date.
- Cancellations made within the applicable notice period may forfeit any deposit paid.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances outside our control, such as equipment failure or venue emergencies, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Age, Health & Safety Requirements
Laser tag at Laser Strike Arena is recommended for players aged 7 and over. Players under 15 must be accompanied to the venue by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for the duration of their visit, even where a school or party host is supervising the group. Guests participate at their own discretion and should advise our staff of any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, or pregnancy prior to gameplay, as our marshals can adjust participation accordingly.
All players must complete a live safety briefing before entering the arena and must follow the reasonable instructions of Laser Strike Arena staff at all times, including immediate compliance with any instruction to stop play.
5. Code of Conduct
We want every visit to be enjoyable and safe for all guests. Aggressive, threatening or unsafe behaviour, physical contact with other players, tampering with equipment, or entering restricted areas of the venue will result in a session being ended without refund, and may result in a permanent ban from the venue.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
While laser tag at Laser Strike Arena is a non-contact activity using infrared equipment only, physical movement within the arena (including running, crouching and navigating obstacles) carries an inherent risk of minor injury, such as trips or collisions between players. By participating, you acknowledge this inherent risk and agree to play in a manner that has reasonable regard for your own safety and the safety of others.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Laser Strike Arena's liability for any loss or damage arising from your visit is limited to the resupply of the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
7. Equipment Use & Damage
All phasor vests, blasters, headsets and other equipment remain the property of Laser Strike Arena and must be treated with reasonable care. Guests may be charged the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for equipment damaged through deliberate misuse or negligence.
8. Photography & Filming
Laser Strike Arena staff may take photographs or video during public sessions, birthday parties, corporate events and school excursions for use in our marketing materials, Site and social media channels. If you do not wish to be included, please let our team know at check-in and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you or your child from published material.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, illustrations and the Laser Strike Arena name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Laser Strike Arena Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from a booking or visit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
